My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDGSR WELCOMES FLICKA INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!

Flicka came to IDGSR from a high kill shelter that was going to euthanize her the day before Thanksgiving. Flicka is approx. 6-7 months old and 35lbs. She is a sweet shepherd mix girl and will likely be in the 50-55lb. range when fully grown.

She is being fostered in a home with cats, so if adopted by a family with cats, they will need dog savy cats that can and will put this kid in her place if need be. She wants to play with the kitties but can be a little bit overly with them.

As with any pup or dog, Standard obedience class is a must, she is a good girl, a little on the timid side at first but quickly warms up to you, she loves and adores children and she is good with other dogs,

If you would like to make little Flicka a member of your family, please apply with this rescue by copying and pasting the link below.
