Toby's Info...

Toby's Story...
Mr. Toby is an older, distinguished gentleman Lhasa Apso who found himself homeless.. See his owners no longer wanted him, they said he and his Beagle brother cost too much.. So they dumped them at the shelter (Don't worry Beagle boy was rescued too!) We didn't intend on picking up a 4th dog... Toby just kind of fell into our laps, and with a sweet old dude like him... We ran with it! At 13 years old you would think he was a slow old dude, NO WAY! He has oodles of spunk, personality and years to live! He just needs someone to open up their home to a senior dog. He promises to be a very good boy! He will be neutered, UTD on vaccinations, and microchipped before he goes home! Please consider a senior, he has so much love to give... he is just a little wiser than others. Toby's fee is just $100.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Phoenix Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
