Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harper is a very sweet girl. She is special needs because she is deaf. She does well with hand commands and watches you constantly when she goes for walks. She does like to play and does well with other dogs. She is solid white and does have a slight skin condition that we think is allergy related because when given Benadryl it seems to clear up.
