Beau's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Beau's Story...
Beau is a friendly boy with a very sweet temperament. He has a beautiful silver grey coat. He’s a lap cat, loves to be with people, and loves to sleep on the bed. He also loves basking in the sunshine. Beau is very attentive and sweet, and does well with cat-friendly dogs, (however, we think that Beau probably would like to be the only feline in the home.) Beau is an indoor cat. He has already had his dental. He will make a wonderful addition to most homes. Beau also takes thyroid medication and uses an inhaler.

Beau is vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, and is microchipped.

. If you can adopt Beau, please emailinfo@homeatlastrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beau, a Berkeley Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
