Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lil Miss Carter was found wander around an area of Houston where dumped dogs are a dime a dozen. But that speaks nothing of her real worth. Get to know her and you’ll see that she’s really a princess in disguise as a street urchin.
Why we love Peggy:
•She’s a social butterfly: Peggy loves just about everyone she meets and greets them by soliciting affection.
•She’s comfortable being crated: Despite the fact that Peggy has lived so long on the streets, she doesn’t panic when left in a crate. That gives her a big advantage when it comes to housetraining and learning to be otherwise well-mannered in a home.
•She’s a superb co-pilot: As unlikely as it may seem, Peggy is as calm riding in a car as a dog who’s been doing it her whole life. She loves looking out the window and watching the world pass by.
•She’s makes a great doggie playmate: Peggy loves playing with other dogs and makes adorable play growls as she wrestles.
•She knows how to share: Despite having to forage around for food for so long, Peggy is comfortable letting people approach and handle her while she is eating.
