DAPHNE (video)'s Story...
I am an 8-month-old spayed female German Shepherd Dog puppy. I weigh about 41 pounds. I am just about as sweet and happy as a dog can be! I love making new friends, humans and canines alike! There isn't too much information known about my past, but what we do know is that I used to live in a home, and my owner brought me to the pound. They just gave me up! Can you imagine?! I'm completely healthy, very well mannered, and obviously super cute, so there doesn't seem to be a good reason why they wouldn't want to keep me. I stayed in the big scary shelter for a few days, to give my previous owner a chance to come pick me up, but they never came back for me. Oh well, it's their loss! Fortunately for me, it wasn't long before the nice folks at CageFree took me in to their rescue. And now here I am, just waiting for my furever family to come along. I can't wait to meet you and melt your heart! If you would like to meet me too, please contact CageFree right away!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DAPHNE (video), a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
