Jack- GREAT WITH KIDS!'s Story...
Ahh-MAZING! That's the word we think of when we think of Jack, a 9-10 month old pit mix we rescued from a high kill shelter. He is a super happy, goofy, and loving boy. He lives with other dogs and adores his human children! He is an all around great boy and would be an amazing addition to an active home. He loves to play ball in the yard and go for walks, but he can also kick back and relax with the family. He is looking for a home in Central Ohio. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and housetrained! To meet this stellar soul please visit www.petpromise.org to complete an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack- GREAT WITH KIDS!, a Columbus American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Columbus, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
