Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Lory the lovely Lorikeet! My personality is something you will always enjoy, I am very affectionate, playful, and inquisitive. There are lots more words that could explain who I am, but in order to really know me you need to come visit with me! As with all Lorikeets, I require a bit of a special diet. I love and need lots of fruits and vegetables but apples and grapes are my favorite! Veggies are ok and my foster Mom is giving me different fruits and veggies to try in order to expand my palette. As you know, what goes in must come out, and my cage and surrounding area can get a bit messy due to my fruity diet. I will need a place that is an easy cleanup area. Please consider taking me into your home! I will make sure you hear lots of chirps and funny noise I have learned to make. My foster Mom's favorite is the "Ahchoo" I like to make and my whistles to remind her I am here! Please come visit me very soon, I am really looking forward to meeting you!

An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird’s cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
