MEET CRICKET....a little fluff ball of a gold/cream, 10 lb, 5 yr old, wide eyed Shih Tzu. She came from the SEAACA Shelter just in the St. Nick of time! Cricket is a snuggle buddy...she is happy being near you....she is good with other dogs, and we have realized after having her for a couple of weeks that she loves to play with other dog! She definitely wants one of her own. She is adorable and will steal your heart when she stands on her hind legs and give patty cakes to tell you she wants something -- you can do nothing but oblige!! She is very smart and fearless! She will even try to take a treat from a 45 lb German Shepherd (of course, she lost!) Cricket gives sweet little kisses to let you know how much she appreciates you. She would be perfect in a home where there is another dog who likes to play and where she will get to sleep in bed with you because she loves to cuddle....and she would be great with the kids! Cricket is quiet, loving and deserves a special home. Do you have one to offer? She's waiting!

UPDATE!!!! Lhasa Happy Homes will be now holding our adoption events most every Sunday at ROVER KENNELS on Main Street in Santa Monica (check calendar link below for special events and directions). Rover is located at 2116 Main Street, in Santa Monica, CA. Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household. Main Street is famous for its innovative shops and is close to the beach! Make a day of it!! Metered parking on the street and free parking on 4th and Bicknell Streets.
Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
