Minnie Cooper's Story...
Minnie-Cooper is the sweetest, most beautiful 1 year old female shepherd mix you will ever meet. She’s very gentle with everyone from children to elderly to other pets of all sorts (even cats). She’s very shy and takes a little bit to know she’s safe, but once she does, she’ll take over your lap and not want to leave. She’s also amazingly smart, learning new commands nearly instantly. She needs a home that is safe, loving, and full of mental challenges and exercise to keep her from being bored. Do you have her forever home?
If you would like to meet Minnie-Cooper and talk to his foster mom, please emaill info@forrescue.net. You may also complete an application at: http://forrescue.net/dog-application/
** We are currently unable to adopt to MA residents due to state regulations. **

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie Cooper, a Norwich German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Norwich, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Norwich.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwich already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwich breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwich paves the way for another one to be saved.
