Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Since Rob Roy had his leg removed he feels so much better. His energy seems to increase everyday. He falls from time to time because the wood floor. It didn't take long for him to learn to slow down on the wood floor and use caution. He runs and jumps in the yard and can even chase the cat. He is more than ready for his forever home.
Update We have learned that Rob Roy has some nerve damage in his foot from the broken leg that causes him to knuckle his foot over. He has a special boot to wear when going outside, and some inside. It seems to help a great deal. His knuckles are still healing from where they scrape. He will need a semi quiet home, preferably with no small children. No more than one other dog as he loves to play a little much and it tends to damage his toes again. He needs a patient family that doesnt want a dog to take all over the place, although he loves car rides to go get an ice cream cone. He doesnt like the crate but does fine left out. If he is in the room with you he will tolerate being in a crate.
Rob Roy is a sweet boy with lots of love to give the right family.
