AUTUMN's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

AUTUMN's Story...
Autumn is a 35 to 40 pound 9 month old Shepherd mix. She is a loving dog that likes to cuddle right next to you. She was abandoned and spent several weeks at a vet office. The vet and vet techs took turns taking her home with them. In doing that she has received great socialization. She gets along with other dogs and cats and she absolutely loves kids and people. She loves to play with her toys as well. Autumn is up to date on shots, has been wormed, tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. She has been spayed and micro-chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

AUTUMN, a Wilmington Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Wilmington, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Wilmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wilmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wilmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wilmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
