Deli's Story...
URGENT...This cats owners were an elderly couple. The human Mom passed away and the human Dad is now in a nursing home and doesn't really remember much. His brother is now in charge and he's not to fond of cats. There were originally 12 cats. Lisa has found homes for 9 of them and there are three to go. Each will be listed separately as each is a wonderful friendly kitty who desperately needs rescued from the brother before he takes them to Animal Control. They are all treasured babies of the couple. There is NO ADOPTION FEE for these kitties. A good loving home where they will be safe and loved is all that is asked.

Deli, DLH gold Spayed Female, age unknown. Deli is one of several cats left orphaned when their Dad had to go into a nursing home. Very sad for kitties who were treated like the prized babies of this loving couple. Deli is feeling the abandonment and really needs to find her new home quickly so she can begin to recover from her sense of loss. Deli is a sweet loving girl and will bring love to whoever her next family is. Deli is free to someone who can promise to love her and take care of her. Can you find room in your heart for this beautiful golden girl with the bright green eyes? You won't be sorry. Call Lisa at (828) 381-6637 to let her know you want to give this sweetie a home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Deli, a Morganton Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Morganton, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Morganton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Morganton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Morganton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Morganton paves the way for another one to be saved.
