My name is Juliet!

Husky/Belgian Malinois Mix Dog for adoption in New York, New York - Juliet

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Juliet's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Juliet's Story...
Juliet is a beautiful and extremely sweet and fully trained adult (about 6 or 7-years-old) Husky mix who, along with her "twin" brother (Romeo) was abandoned near the Long Island Expressway. Romeo was rescued a few days ago and is doing beautifully in a foster home with kids and another dog. They will probably adopt him. However, Juliet is still in the city pound and desperately needs to find emergency foster or adoptive home as she landed on the Euthanasia list for space. We have temporarily pulled her off, but have no place to send Juliet. Can you help save beautiful Juliet? She is only 43lbs, easy to walk, totally housebroken, good with other dogs and presumably kids (since her brother is). PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU CAN FOSTER OR ADOPT JULIET! Time is of the essence! (212) 427-8273.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Juliet, a New York Husky/Belgian Malinois dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Belgian Malinois for sale in New York, or seeking a Husky/Belgian Malinois dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Belgian Malinois breeders who help with Husky/Belgian Malinois rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
