Judy's Story...
"Hi, friends! My name is JUDY, and I'm one adorable pooch! I'm a short-legged, muscular gal with a delightful personality. I'm eight years old, and I'm a Staffordshire Terrier/ pit bull mix with great markings. I appreciate love and affection, and there's something about me that makes everybody smile. I like to go on walks, and I walk very nicely on a leash. Most of all, I enjoy head scratches and snuggles. I'm an intelligent dog who's thoughtful and inquisitive. You can practically see me thinking when I'm presented with a new situation. You can be sure that I will be a loyal and steadfast companion. I'd be surprised if you didn't fall in love with me the first time you see me in my kennel. You'll be happy to know that I'm a respectful dog who knows some commands, plus I've already been house trained. I truly am a special girl. I'd be an excellent family pet in a home where the kids are older, and I get along well with some other dogs. Another great thing about me is that, as a "Super Senior," MY ADOPTION FEE IS ONLY $30. That's a great bargain for a wonderful dog like me! Please come visit me so we can spend time getting better acquainted in the play yard, then maybe you can take me home and love me forever. Love, Judy" Kennel #26

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Judy, a El Cajon Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
