Sheeba's Story...
Sheeba #2215 is an adorable 1.5-year-old female, American Fox Hound mix. She is such a sweet girl who loves to play. She is working on leash training and is almost kennel trained. She is wonderful with other dogs. She is full grown and weigh just under 40 pounds. We believe you can always teach an old dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: and return it per instructions. Email with questions. See our Facebook page for updates:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sheeba, a Waldorf Foxhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Foxhound for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Foxhound dog from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Foxhound breeders who help with Foxhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
