Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Athena is a black, natural eared 3 year old “special needs” female due to very mild cardiomyopathy. She is the largest lap dog ever or would love to be if she could actually fit onto your lap! She is just soooo loving, happy and sweet. She is a wonderful companion and follows you wherever you go. Her favorite place, if she can't be at your side, is on her dog bed. She is house and crate trained. She loves her routine and waits patiently for her breakfast and dinner. Her mild cardiomyopathy means she should limit running for extended periods of time. Her condition is quite stable and does not affect her ability (or desire) to play with her other housemates, K9 or human. She is big girl and could knock over small children with her exuberance. She can get excited about cats and would like to chase, so no cats! Athena would love a K9 friend that enjoys play time and wants to keep her company! Athena has the biggest heart and nose you ever encountered. She sits and comes to you immediately when called. Please consider her for your furrever home.
