Ben's Story...
Courtesy Post:
Hi, I am Ben!
I am a black shepherd mix and hardly shed! I am about 4 years old and weigh approximately 55 lbs. I am neutered, up-to-date on all my vaccines, housebroken and crate trained. I also have some obedience training under my belt!
I enjoy hanging out with the family in a chilled out environment. I love people and kids but I prefer kids 12 years old and older and I might make a good running partner if you love to run!
My doggie brother and I don’t really get along, however I do enjoy meeting other dogs outside of my home. I get good report cards at doggie daycare, but I would appreciate being the only dog in the house.
I love to go on walks, run around the backyard and bask in the sun. I am an excellent car passenger and love going on car rides.
I will bring along my crate, collar, leash and toys if you would like to make me your new part of the family!
Please contact Annie George at 704-562-2356 or anniergeorge@yahoo.com if you would like to meet me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ben, a Charlotte Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
