Titan's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Titan's Story...
Meet Titan- he is a 4 year old fawn male with tons of personality! He was surrendered to us because his family had to move and could not take him with them. He is very well behaved, walks on a loose lead, sits, shakes, takes food gently, and doesn’t get on furniture! He is good with other dogs, large and small, good with kids and new people. He has a lick granuloma on his leg which our vet said will never fully heal, but will not hurt him either. His new family will need to be sure that he does not continue to lick it which is what has caused it to grow this far. There a few options to keep him from licking that we can talk about with his new family. He would do well in a home with another female dog, and maybe a kid or two!
Titan is taking applications for a new family now, but will not be ready to go for a couple of weeks as he needs to be neutered, vaccinated, temperament tested and micro chipped prior to adoption. If you are interested please put in an application that can be found at http://northwestgreatdanerescue.com/contact.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Titan, a DEER PARK Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in DEER PARK, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in DEER PARK.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in DEER PARK already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a DEER PARK breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in DEER PARK paves the way for another one to be saved.
