Journey's Story...
White w/Red Female
8 Years Old

Journey is a retired brood momma who has absolutely perfect house manners.

Due to her experience in rearing pups Journey can be a bit of an alpha with other dogs but does wonderful with even small breed dogs after proper introduction.

If you are looking for a Greyhound who is sweet, affectionate and gentle then this Girl is the one for you. Journey is completely house trained.

Journey has been fostered with 2 Shi Tsu's and did greyt with the small breed dogs.

Her foster Mom says that Journey could not be any more gentle with her 2 year old Grand daughter. Makenzie just loves giving Journey Drive By Kisses and Journey LOVES getting them.

Journey showed a bit too much interest in the cat in her new foster home so we are listing her as not cat safe.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Journey, a Seminole Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Seminole, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Seminole.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seminole already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seminole breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seminole paves the way for another one to be saved.
