Celia might be the smallest in her litter, but she makes up for her size with a huge personality! She might be small, but she is a take charge kind of girl! Celia's foster mom says she is a very sweet little girl that loves to play and cuddle. She isn't quite ready to leave us just yet, but we are accepting applications now!
