Here's what the humans have to say about me:
COURTESY LISTING - for Wolf Angel Rescue of Oregon
LOCATION - NE Washington State Foster
Mika is a beautiful, six year old female who is spayed and has experience living in the house. She is very sweet, and with some reminding in a new environment, is housebroken. She also knows basic obedience and is leash trained. She was rescued by Wolf Angel Rescue form a MT shelter and is a courtesy listing on our websites. She is a very tall girl, but not super thick, so while she doesn't push the 100 lbs scale, she will need a bit of space to stretch out. However, she is a gentle giant who is ready for her new home. She is being fostered in Washington.
Mika has loved everyone she has met, but due to her size, is not recommended for a home with smaller children. Ages five and older should be okay. While she loves other dogs, she doesn't have a very appropriate play style. She enjoys bounding up to any dog to say hello, and many find this overwhelming and either react fearfully or aggressively. A dog of the same size that would politely hold their ground and redirect this behavior into play would be best, and a male would be preferred due to the breed mix. She has not been tested with cats.
