Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MAX HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!!!!MAX HAS AN APPLICATION PENDING!**A VERY GENEROUS DONOR HAS DONATED $125 TOWARDS MAX'S ADOPTION DONATION TO REDUCE HIS ADOPTION DONATION TO $150**Max is a very handsome, friendly and affectionate 1 year old male Border Collie mix. This handsome young guy was found as a stray and unfortunately never claimed. He's a happy dog that likes to meet new friends. Max seems to do well with other dogs and has had several kennel mates since he's been at the pound. Max is crate trained, but since we have only observed him in a shelter environment we cannot say for sure if he is house trained or not, so we do need interested adopters to be willing to possibly take on this task. Like most dogs of hid breed and young dogs in general, Max would do best in a home that could provide him a fair amount of exercise and playtime. He is currently awaiting rescue/adoption from a kill-shelter in southern IL. We would love to help him out, but all of our foster homes are filled. If interest is shown in him, Max can be transported to Chicago. He will be fully vetted and prepared for adoption. If seriously interested in possibly adopting or fostering this handsome boy, please email Palsplace1@hotmail.com
• Max's adoption donation is $275. This donation helps to cover his neuter, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Max from euthanasia.
• Please email Palsplace1@hotmail.com for an adoption application and please put the name of the dog in the subject line. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder; sometimes the applications end up in there!
• All of our dogs are in foster homes are can be seen BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, after an approved application has been received. To receive more info please email palsplace1@hotmail.com. Email is the preferred method of contact and is the quickest way to receive a response. We cannot place holds on our dogs, please do not contact us until you are prepared to adopt.
