Chanel's Story...
Hi, my name is Chanel, I am a one year old spayed female. I am a great dog but I need to be placed in the right home where my family understands me and knows that it can not be all about me and I just need to fit into their life. I need to be in a home with a strong, knowledgable pack leader. I am crate and house trained. I walk well on a leash and know the commands Sit, Down and Stay. I am working on wait and leave it. I love balls and any kind of squeaky toys. I am in a home with other dogs and play well with them. I would be fine in a home with another dog but would need to be properly introduced. I am on the smaller side, around 60 pounds, but I do need to gain a little more weight. If you have the patience and the time it takes to be my strong pack leader, fill out an application and we can meet soon!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chanel, a Laguna Niguel German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Laguna Niguel, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Laguna Niguel.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Laguna Niguel already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Laguna Niguel breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Laguna Niguel paves the way for another one to be saved.
