DEMETRIA's Story...
Hello, my name is Demetria and I am truly a Greek goddess! My fur is black with soft brown highlights and I have warm brown eyes that reveal all the love I hold in my heart! I am a year old and I weigh around 17-18 pounds. I am a Chihuahua/Terrier mix, and I am small enough to be a real snuggle bug. I get along well with other dogs, children and even cats. I am learning good leash manners, but I would really enjoy a yard where I could run and play. A good selection of toys is also on my wish list since I love to play fetch. However, my foster mom says I tend to hoard the toys! I have been spayed, I have my microchip, I'm up to date on all my vaccinations and I am ready to find my perfect forever family. Give me a chance, and I will melt your heart! ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DEMETRIA, a Salem Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
