Allie's Story...
Although I was brought here after being on my own for a while, I'm still a very friendly and playful young girl, and I'm small. I haven't met a dog I didn't like but I will back away from dogs that are much larger than I am. I'm sociable without being pushy. Me--I'm demure and sweet. Please, come and take me home. I'll be your sweetheart. When you adopt me, my adoption fee includes: 1) Spay, 2) Rabies and 5-way Vaccinations, 3) Deworming, 4) Flea/Tick Preventative, 5) Heartworm Test, 6) Heartworm Preventative, 7) Microchip, and 30 days of Free Pet Insurance.

Act quickly to adopt Allie. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Allie, a Tyner Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Tyner, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Tyner.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tyner already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tyner breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tyner paves the way for another one to be saved.
