Katrina's Story...
ODB 9/14/2009 - I am Katrina, I am a spayed female cat anxiously awaiting to be adopted into my new home. I am a good cat who likes to be petted on her back and head. I love to have my butt scratched as well.
I love to sit in the windows and watch all the activity going on outside. Sunshine is one of my favorite things, I love to catch the sun rays on my black coat of fur. I love to play with toy mice and jingle toys and run up and down the hall chasing the toys-I would play all day long if I could..
I am litter boxed trained as well. I like to be brushed-so foster mommy helps me maintain a sleek looking coat of fur. Are you looking for your new best friend, please consider me-you will not be disappointed in me.
I would love to meet you and find my furrver home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katrina, a Milwaukee Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Milwaukee, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Milwaukee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milwaukee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milwaukee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milwaukee paves the way for another one to be saved.
