My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey Folks - meet Madison who we rescued from a NC shelter 2 months ago! She's been in foster care with one of our group admins and his 2 other dogs (a CD and a sweet little beagle)! Madison left the shelter as a very scared but sweet girl who just needed some time to get used to being out of the shelter, and as you can see from her pictures, she's blossomed into one beautiful young lady.

We'd love to find her a home that has time to spend with her - possibly some training classes, preferably at least a playmate (dog or cat), fenced in yard so she can run...an active family who understands the breed. Madison is a very well behaved girl but she can experience some separation anxiety, hence a family with time to devote to her, She's fully vetted, crate trained, walks well on a leash, loves to play (especially run in those crazy zoomie runs all CD's are known for)! Her foster Dad says she loves to give kisses and snuggle up next to you at the end of the day - he thinks she's ready for her forever home and even though he loves her dearly, he wants her to have that really special home all of our rescues deserve.
