My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Donovan is a little 6 ½ lb, very mellow adult Maltese about 4 years of age. He has had a rough life as he was rescued from a gasoline station in the desert where he had been living in some old tires for quite some time. Donovan has been cared for by a couple of families after he was initially rescued in September. Maltese Rescue was recently contacted and asked to assume the care of Donovan and help him secure a forever family.

This little boy is the perfect foster dog as he is so calm and mellow. His idea of a perfect day is to stroll around a yard, eat his food, and take a nap next to his person. He thoroughly enjoys sitting next to a person and enjoys being petted. Donovan gets along with other small dogs and likes everyone he meets. Now all this little dog needs an adoptive person who will provide a forever home where he will be loved and well cared for.
