Max's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Max's Story...
I am a friendly, active, and outgoing senior boy 14 years old. My long term room mate Spike and I were adopted as young adults and lived with our mom for many happy years. She just lost her battle with cancer and now we find ourselves without a loving home. I am very loving and sweet, I like to be petted and have attention. My friend Spike is very scared being here but will warm up to you once she has a home again. We would love to be adopted together but that is not a requirement. I would be a great companion for just about anyone. Please stop by the MIDDLETOWN PETSMART and see how handsome I am in person. I would make a great addition to your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Walden Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Walden, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Walden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walden paves the way for another one to be saved.
