Jiminy is a regular social butterfly, who is hungry for love and attention. Jiminy gets along well with other dogs too.....he's even charmed his way into snuggling with the persnickety Chihuahuas in his current foster home!
Besides being gentle and super-friendly, Jiminy is also highly alert and always on the look-out for fun and adventure. But unlike most small dogs, this sturdy, little go-getter likes going for daily walks on leash, and he enjoys running in a safe, fenced area.

We have an application process to ensure that each dog and family is the right match.. All applications must be approved prior to adoption. If you would like to start the application process to find out if you would be a good match, below are the instructions to our online application.
Your completed application is auto-emailed to our organization for review once you hit submit . Please also inform the foster once you have submitted. All questions MUST be answered. If a question doesn't apply, just put "NA". You will receive an auto-reply thanking you for submitting your application. Please allow us some time for review!

You can also fill out an application in person at our Dog Adoption House located at 8476 Highland rd, Baton Rouge, LA. (Mon-fri: 11:30-5:30pm / Sat/Sun: 11-2pm). Foster will review and get in touch with you.
