My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

There I was, in a large and crowded shelter, and I was just four weeks old! I was nervous and scared! Lucky for me, a rescue lady came a got me. She vetted me and cared for me and made sure I got onto the transport to Little Paws 4 U in Rhode Island. I am here now, waiting for a home. I am 3 and 1/2 months old, as of 1/1/15. The man who brought us into the shelter said that I was a Poodle and Pug mix, but I look like a cute little scruffy dog with the color fur of an apricot Poodle. I am playful and somewhat independent in my nature, but am learning to love laps. I should weigh around 15 pounds full-grown...but that is just an estimate.... I am a puppy, and puppies like me do need companionship, attention and a bit of training (we are close to being perfect, but need a little help!). Please ask about me if you have the time and patience for a little one like me. Please ask about me only if you do not have small children or larger, aggressive dogs. Please ask about me if you are in RI, eastern CT, western MA, Cape Cod, Maine or are near Manhattan NYC, Boston, Worcester or the Fall River areas. My fee of 395. covers all vetting to date, transport to RI, a Health Certificate, an exam by a RI vet, de-worming and I have my own collar and blanket as well.
