My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a 3-year-old spayed female Cairn Terrier mix. I weigh about 14 pounds. I am a very sweet girl with a wonderful, calm temperament. I love to get pets from my human friends, and I get along really well with other dogs, too! I'm very healthy and well behaved, so it's a mystery as to why my previous owners dumped me at a high kill city shelter. I guess they didn't care too much about my well-being, because when I got to the pound, the staff there found that I didn't have a microchip, nor was I vaccinated or spayed. So they took me to see their veterinarian who got me all taken care of and fixed up. While I was recovering from my surgery, I sat and waited for my family to pick me up, but no one came! After about five days, a friendly volunteer at the shelter contacted CageFree and asked if they would take me into their facility. Luckily, they said yes! So now here I am, making friends and waiting patiently for my furever family to come along. Could it be you?!
