Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing the most loving Iggy boy ever, “Cooper”. What you see is what you get; a loving companion who is always going to be there through thick and thin!!! He is mindful, quiet, and seeks reassurance, but is quickly learning to trust his surroundings. He follows the pack around in the backyard, especially when there are some squirrels involved! He is 7 years old, weighing in on 16 pounds of pure love. His coat is charcoal grey and white and getting fuller and shinier by the day. He is missing quite a few teeth but that does not stop him from enjoying his small kibbles. He loves to jump up onto the couch and cuddle with humans or his foster sisters.
Cooper is crate trained during the day with a potty break in the middle of the day. He is very respectful of people’s belongings. He enjoys sleeping with a human during the night. Cooper will show you just how much he loves you by reaching out to your shoulders and sharing a hug. He enjoys being around other dogs-he lives with two Chihuahuas and a young female Iggy in his foster home. He would love to have a canine companion in his new home, but would do fine as an only dog too.
He also enjoys going to the dog park (small dog section) and meeting other dogs. In new situations and when meeting new people, Cooper can get nervous and shy, but reassuring him gets him past the situation. Cooper loves to go on walks and is regularly complemented on his looks and good manners. He is potty trained and will go on command, is fully vetted, and is looking for a forever home where he can be himself.
So, if you need a companion to share your love, Cooper is your fella!
