Obie's Story...
A beautiful mastiff mix was rescued by a good samaritan and brought off of the streets into the safety of a home. A week later, she gave birth to 9 healthy puppies. The puppies are now 10 weeks old and ready for their own loving homes. One of the pups is a male named Obie. He is adorable and has the markings of a traditional shepherd with a cute white arrow on his forehead. Obie loves to play with his squeak toys and take naps with his sisters.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Obie, a San Dimas German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff for sale in San Dimas, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff puppy from a breeder in San Dimas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Dimas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Dimas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Dimas paves the way for another one to be saved.
