Amber, Honey, Dottie...'s Story...
A beautiful mastiff mix was rescued by a good samaritan and brought off of the streets into the safety of a home. A week later, she gave birth to 9 healthy puppies. The puppies are now 10 weeks old and ready for their own loving homes. The rescuer is keeping mom and two pups. 6 of the pups looking ofr their forever homes are females. (Their brother Obie is also for adoption.) The little girls with tri colored markings of their shepherd mix dad are Athena and Dottie. The tan brown girls with shorter coats are Caramel, Amber and Honey. Pepper is the unique one. She has a mostly white coat with tan markings. Each has her own characteristics that sets her apart from her sisters. But they are all playful, gentle and healthy. They love attention from people and each other. They like to be cuddled on laps and to play with toys. Come meet them at one of our adoption events and get to know these adorable pups. You can talk with their rescuer and learn about the calm and sweet temperament of their mom, Lulu, and get to know the puppies to see which would be just right for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amber, Honey, Dottie..., a San Dimas German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff for sale in San Dimas, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff puppy from a breeder in San Dimas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Dimas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Dimas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Dimas paves the way for another one to be saved.
