Hear ye, hear ye....welcome to his new kingdom, King Arthur.
King Arthur was such an appropriate name for this wonderfully gentle, kind, loving and so brave a guy.
Arthur was a stray along with his brother Cloud at a shelter up in the Tawas area. Picked to be placed into our rescue, Arthur did not walk on tile floors. He just exercised his kingly authority and said,..Nope, not doing it. So the foster moms had to slide King Arthur out to the car waiting for his royal highness.
Arthur was a complete joy to travel with. A two hour journey home from the shelter and not one peep from him.
When he went home with his foster mom, Arthur met an American Bulldog named Danny. Danny greeted Arthur and wanted to play, which required running on carpet as well as tile floors....once again, King Arthur graciously declined.
The foster mom set in to work with Arthur to introduce him to tile floors. Reluctant at first, brave Arthur wanted to try a little step at a time. Before you know it, Arthur was running all over the kingdom !
Now that he conquered tile floors, he was rewarded with a wonderfully warm and generous-with-the-bubbles bubble bath...which he LOVED and awarded his foster Mom with hugs and kisses.
Arthur is loving, kind and wonderfully affectionate guy. He is learning to play with Danny and with a variety of toys that he finds in the toy basket.
King Arthur is a Black Lab mix, 2 years old, 53 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, housebroken, neutered and micro chipped.
