Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for a laid-back, loving lapcat whose favorite pastime is sharing warm snuggles? If so, look no further than Asia! He is mild mannered and very friendly & best described as a "laid-back leg-rubber and lap-lover". This beautiful buff-and-white boy, estimated to be 2 yrs old, absolutely adores attention and likes nothing more than a nice long petting or brushing session while cuddling up in your lap, on your tummy or chest, or right up against your side – as evidenced by his almost-immediate loud purr and sweet kitty lick-kisses. Even catnip toys, though sometimes interesting, are no match for one-on-one time with his people! And did we mention his easy-going purr-sonality? When cuddle time is over, he is content to curl up on his fluffy bed or participate in a brief play session with his foster brother, Buttons. He is completely at ease with the older resident cats in his foster home and even tolerates the rambunctious 8-month old, 40-pound puppy who lives there (as long as he doesn’t attempt to play with Asia)! Asia has purr-fect litter box and scratching post/pad habits. He would love to be a part of a family without very young children who might pull on his tail or fur as he will occasionally nip if antagonized. Meet him in his Arlington, VA foster home.
