Shaggy was found in a Houston parking lot with his buddy Teddy. He doesn’t know why or how he came to be in that situation, but he loves people and wants a home of his own! Shaggy is a playful pooch that will be good company for just about anybody! He likes people and would love to have someone like you be his forever friend!
