Sunny-ADOPTED's Story...
Sunny was picked up stray and she was never reclaimed by her owner. We are estimating Sunny's age to be approximately 5 years old. She is a very sweet and mild mannered girl and she has a very loving disposition. If you are interested in Sunny, you are welcome to stop in and meet her and fill out an application.

* Sunny is on medication at this time a minor health problem. We plan to finish the prescribed dosage before adopting her out, to insure that there is not a more serious medical issue going on. We are still accepting applications at this time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunny-ADOPTED, a Troy Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Troy, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Troy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Troy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Troy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Troy paves the way for another one to be saved.
