Meet Bobby! Bobby is a 2 1/2 -3 yr old male beagle. He is an absolute sweetheart who is sure to steal anyone's heart, just look at those eyes. Unfortunately Bobby was found by a kind lady when there was a cold spell, she took him in and tried finding his owners. After several weeks of no luck Harbored Souls took him in to find him a family of his own. Bobby is a sweet boy who loves to snuggle on the couch and be with his people. He is housebroken when let out on a regular basis. Once he has adjusted to his new environment Bobby is trustworthy and does not require being crated, he doesn't like it and he doesn't need it. He enjoys curling up on the couch or chair and sniffing around the yard while being accompanied by someone. Bobby gets along well with older children. He would prefer a home without cats. He does well with other dogs but he is very eager to meet them and can be oversocial with his sniffing until he gets to know them, which is typical of a beagle. He does know the word No and he also knows how to shake, hard to tell what other things he knows but he appears to be pretty smart and eager to please. Bobby is a happy go lucky guy who needs a secure fenced in yard. He needs an attentive family who will not leave him alone outside unattended. He is an inside only dog and if left outside he will dig and go on an adventure. Bobby would benefit from daily walks. He is a sturdy boy and could loose a few pounds and a daily walk would be good for his mind and body, this is typical of beagles who love their food. Bobby enjoys sleeping in bed at night with his people and doesn't cause any problems. He seriously is a sweet soul who just wants to please and would make a wonderful companion to any family!
