My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simba is a handsome boy with his speckled feet and dark eyes. He is full of energy and is a bit strong on the leash, but will improve with time. He is good with other animals, and is gentle and on the submissive side. He will weigh about 40 pounds or so right now and will definitely need to have some room to run off his excess energy, but that would make him a great dog for a family with older children who also have energy to spare!

An adoption fee may be required which helps cover some of the care and veterinary services provided, including spay for females, neuter for males, vaccinations, de-worming and heartworm testing when age appropriate.

This dog is housed at the Franklin County Small Animal Control shelter. The Humane Society graciously allows the shelter dogs to be posted under their account, but they have no direct knowledge and can answer no questions about the dogs housed there.
