My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Zelda (#535), and I am a one year old female American Bulldog. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and spayed. I received a set of preventative shots, have been wormed, and tested negative for heartworms.

Volunteers say "Zelda is an absolute sweetheart. She loves to explore outside and run around. She is a little timid at first when you try to pet her but warms up very quickly to a good belly rub." Zelda doesn't do all that well around dogs smaller than her so we suggest you do a meet-n-greet if you have another dog in the house.

I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice. Sheltered Paws will rebate back to you a dollar value up to but not to exceed $100.00.
