My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Whoever said that diamonds are a girls best friend…never owned a dog." – Leah Bressle
However in this case you get it all! Diamond would indeed be your best friend. Our precious Diamond is a sweet, curious, playful 5 month old black lab mix who loves to be around her people and foster siblings. Our best guess is that she will be around 50 lbs full grown. She is a friendly bubbly little girl always up for a game of fetch or playing with her toys. She's been known to scatter her toys around the house and loves every minute of it (sorry she's not one to pick up after herself). Diamond is doing well with her basic commands, she knows sit, does okay with stay, and is learning down. She's very eager to please so her foster mom feels she would do great in a home willing to spend some time on further training. Diamond has pretty good house manners being that she is a puppy, and is doing very well with potty training. She is a bit of a jumper right now so she would need constant supervision with really small children until she is past this puppy hurdle. Apparently she supervises her foster mom while doing daily chores. She sticks her head in the dishwasher (hmm that one still has a spot), peeks in open cabinets (looks good in here), investigates the dryer (time to fold), and her favorite...the refrigerator (YUM). Needless to say, our Diamond is quite a character. Diamond is already spayed, fully vaccinated, and current on all preventatives. All she needs now is to hear the words 'Diamond is my best friend'
