Marshmellow's Story...
MARSHMELLOW (all black) is a very young 10yo boy who is a super big MUSH! That's how he got his name!

LOLITA (black & white) is Marshmellow's sister who is extremely sweet! She is a little reserved until she gets to know you, but then she is all yours!

They have been together their entire lives, and we would love to have them adopted together, if possible. If you can give both or either a permanent home for life, or foster, please use the contact info below.

Marshmellow's and Lolita's, owner passed away; they are missing their person dearly, and are very confused and lonely. They all slept together every night, got lots of love and cuddles. They need someone to love and care for them again for life! Please consider adopting these wonderful cats into your home. Both MArshmellow and Lolita are healthy kitties, UTD on vaccinations and spayed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marshmellow, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
