Lilith's Story...
Lilith is a 3 year old Husky. She is very people oriented and loves to run and chase toys. She is kennel trained, leash trained, and very smart. She wants to be around people and thrives with training! She gets along with other female dogs but isn't too fond of males. Lilith came to our shelter after being used as a breeding dog, and now needs a home where she can be given the love and attention she needs to thrive. Lilith would do best with someone who has experience with Huskies! If you're interested in adopting Lilith, please fill out our Dog Adoption Application today and we will contact you!

LILITH IS PART OF OUR "BRING JOY TO YOUR WORLD" ADOPTION SPECIAL!! FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER SHE WILL HAVE A REDUCED ADOPTION & TRANSPORT FEE OF $175!

***Lilith is currently in LAFAYETTE, LA but we transport to the NORTHEAST every two weeks. Our adoption fee is $375, which includes transport. All Acadiana Animal Aid dogs are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, on heart worm preventative, and microchipped.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilith, a Glastonbury Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
