Jasmine's Story...
About Jasmine

Jasmine is a pretty 8 year old girl. She is a Tabbico as her beautiful markings are brown tabby stripes with orange flecks. She was abandoned at a shelter where she was separated from her brother. Despite this wrenching experience, she is now adjusting well to her foster home.

Jasmine enjoys having a conversation with you as she chatters away and uses her eyes to express her feelings. She loves to sit near her foster mum and cuddles in beside her at night. She gets along with the other cats in the foster home but would do just as well as only cat where she would be the centre of attention.

Please give us a call at 647 866 8988 or email: info@WeRescueCats.ca to meet our Jasmine

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Burlington Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
