found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.
Benedict is a faithful guy who feels like his job is to be by your side and adore you.
His vision and hearing seem to be a bit diminished so Benedict likes things that are familiar; a home with cherished loved ones, a predictable routine, places that look and smell familiar, and his favorite bed. He gets around just fine and seems to enjoy walks and sniffing out new surroundings.
He can be unsettled by new people and is wary of being picked up by strangers. He does not like it when strangers grab at him since he can feel a little uncertain of their intentions. He is friendly but needs some time and treats before he trusts.
However, he has already come to love staff members here and truly enjoys sharing love and getting attention. He is fine with being carried around by them. He was very good during his grooming session with a trusted staff member.
Benedict is great on the leash and potties nicely while being walked. He has kept his kennel perfectly clean. He might be housetrained but no guarantees about that, of course. He is a quiet boy and enjoys a peaceful life but still has plenty of energy for adventuresome walks.
Benedict is 13 pounds, a lovely size for lap warming and snuggling. Give him a little time to warm up and he is a wonderful companion. He has long, soft fur and should be low or non shedding. His coloring is beautiful. Adoption donation $100.
