Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rose and another Beagle (Blanche) came into the shelter as strays. We estimate she is about 3 years old. If you are familiar with Beagles then you know you won’t be getting much time with them until after all of the surroundings are inspected and Rose is no different. She was a hard one to get photos of her face because she was too distracted with all the smells! Although, she did stop smelling once she saw herself in a mirror. She liked to look at herself and she was very happy about that. It appears that they haven’t been exposed to a lot of different situations so they can be a little reserved with new things but recovers really well.
