Meet adorable Patty!

Patty is a gentle, well-behaved, happy puppy. Patty is good with people and loves other dogs. As you can see in her video, Patty is great with other big and small dogs as she is now living with many dogs in her foster home. Patty is also very gentle with young children as the foster son is now 7 years old. Patty is an easy and sweet puppy and will do well in any home who is willing to love her.

Patty’s mom, Penny, was abandoned in a busy street where she slowly moved around and found shelter in a dirty run-down factory. Penny gave birth to her beautiful puppies. On the day of rescue, a few of her puppies went missing and only 2 puppies were left. They were rushed to the vet for a complete checkup. Luckily they are healthy and had been vaccinated, de-wormed, spayed, and microchip.

Patty is doing very well in her foster home and ready for a loving home, a home that can be patient with her and love her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patty, a Castro Valley Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
